PRR members were officially notified of the AGM by email from the Secretary on Friday 2nd October 2026 (time of message = 13:01). A SMM (Special Members’ Meeting) was held on Tuesday 6th January 2026. This resulted from the failure of the club to elect a Chair or Vice-Chair at the 2025 AGM (see below); this was required under the terms of our Constitution and is a necessary part of our charity status.
