All the SAL and League meetings have now been announced. The Leagues meetings are all at the usual venues – Stirling, Alloa and Broxburn. The club Cross Country page now contains all the dates and locations.
The East District champs are at Aberdeen this year. The National champs are back at Callendar Park, only this time the distance is shorter than previous years. Another chance to race alongside Olympians – honest.
