All club members are invited to take part in any of the above. You must be a member of Scottish Athletics to take part in championship events but do not need to be for the league races.

If you wish to take part in any of the events then contact either myself, Fiona Manson or Angela Park.

For championship races I need your date of birth and your SAL membership number.

I need names for the East District Relays by Tuesday 23rd September.

I need names for the National Relays by Monday 6th October.
